Peggy introduced “Down Home Delicious“® on KSTP Channel 5 Twin Cities Live TV in Minneapolis and her cookbook has been featured on the Minneapolis KSTP Morning Show, multiple radio shows in Canada, Minneapolis, New York, Houston, Baton Rouge, California, North Dakota, Florida, and New Jersey, and at her book signings throughout Houston and Baton Rouge at Borders Books, Barnes and Noble Books, and Walden Books.  In addition, she received rave reviews at the cooking class she taught at Central Market in Houston and her cookbook was featured on Giftionary.com.  Peggy recently returned from a Publicity Summit in New York and is scheduled for other media events in the coming months.
